3. Nutrition-Having a great midsection may have to do more with nutrition then the aforemetioned above. Eat clean by incorporating small meals frequently into your diet. This will help speed up your metabolism helping you burn that stubborn belly fat. Cut out salt when possible and watch your food labels. No more than 10% sodium.
