Straight leg lift for the lower stomach
Here is another great exercise targeting the lower abs this time. Just simply find a set of stairs in your home (side rails enable you to hold on so you can focus strictly on the lower abs)
PHOTO 1-Bring knees straight up and down. Hold core and lower abs tight. Repeat 15x or more.
PHOTO 2- Lift legs straight out and up. Engage core and lower abs. Lower legs. Repeat 15x or more.
