Stability ball toe tap
(Works the core, chest, shoulders, arms)
- Walk out into push-up position keeping both feet on the ball
- Engage the core and bring 1 foot to the ground slowly grazing the floor
- Return to start position, and repeat with other foot
- For increased difficulty add a push up in between
