HAPPY NEW YEAR..

Stability ball toe tap

(Works the core, chest, shoulders, arms)



  1. Walk out into push-up position keeping both feet on the ball
  2. Engage the core and bring 1 foot to the ground slowly grazing the floor
  3. Return to start position, and repeat with other foot
  4. For increased difficulty add a push up in between
