
The arm Blaster!
Tricep dips..targets the back of the arms (the salt and pepper shakers)
Step1: sitting on the second last step of your stairs..(If you have no stairs a chair pushed up against a wall is fine) you are going to walk yourself out with your knees still bent, keeping your hands shoulder width apart firmly planted on the stairs..
Step 2: drop your butt down while bending at the elbows
Step 3: return back to starting position yours arms should be straight
Tips. Keep your elbows pointing forward as much as possible, if this bothers your wrists, try holding a pair of dumbbells
Do this 10x, for 4 sets
